Recreation Redefined – Safety & Policies

Welcome to Recreation Redefined. The health, safety, and well-being of children, families, participants, and staff is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and participate confidently in our programs, events, classes, and activities.

By registering, visiting our facility, enrolling in a program, or using our services, you agree to follow the safety practices and policies listed below.

1. Safety & Respect Code of Conduct

To maintain a secure and supportive environment:

• Treat staff, participants, and families with respect

• Follow all instructions given by coaches and team leaders

• No bullying, harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior

• Respect all equipment, facilities, and property

• Parents/guardians must supervise children before and after class hours

Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension from programs.

2. Registration & Payments

• Registration must be completed before participating

• All fees must be paid in full unless a payment plan is approved

• Fees are non-refundable unless covered under our refund policy

• Late or missed payments may result in canceled enrollment

3. Attendance & Program Changes

• Please arrive on time and attend sessions regularly

• Missed classes may only be rescheduled if approved and available

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, safety issues, or emergencies

4. Health & Wellness Guidelines

• Participants must be physically able to take part safely

• Parents must inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or special conditions

• Sick children must stay home until fully recovered

• Proper sportswear and shoes are required for safety

• First aid may be given in case of injury and guardians will be notified immediately

5. Child Safety & Supervision

• All staff follow child safety standards and supervision protocols

• No unauthorized individuals may enter activity areas

• Photo/video of children is not allowed without written permission

• Children must be picked up on time by authorized adults

6. Facility Safety Rules

• No food or drinks in training areas unless approved

• Phones must be silent during activities

• Shoes must be removed in designated zones

• Parents may be asked to wait outside activity space to avoid distractions

7. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

• Refund requests must be made in writing

• Refunds approved only for valid reasons (e.g., medical)

• No refunds once the program has started

• Missed classes are non-refundable

8. Media Consent

• Photos/videos may be used for training and promotional materials

• You may opt-out by notifying us in writing before sessions begin

9. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings

• Please label belongings clearly

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal information is confidential

• We do not share information without consent unless required by law

• Information is used only for communication and safety purposes

11. Agreement

By joining our programs or visiting our facility, you confirm that you understand and accept our safety and policy guidelines. We may update policies to ensure safety and quality standards.
